What is SpendFlow?
SpendFlow is a free web app for tracking daily income and expenses. It shows monthly overviews, category charts and account balances, supports budgets and multiple currencies, and syncs your data securely to the cloud so it is available on any device you sign in from.
Is SpendFlow free?
Yes. SpendFlow is completely free — no subscription, no ads and no locked features. Sign in with your Google account and start tracking right away, or try the interactive demo without creating an account.
Can SpendFlow be installed like a mobile app?
Yes. SpendFlow is a progressive web app (PWA). Open it in your browser and choose “Add to Home Screen” on your phone or “Install” on desktop to use it like a native app, with an offline screen when the connection drops.
Is my financial data private and secure?
Yes. You sign in with Google or a one-time email code (no password), your data is stored in a secure cloud database that only your account can access, and you can export everything as CSV or permanently delete your account and all of its data at any time.
Can I import or export my transactions?
Yes. Import transactions from a CSV file — with duplicate detection and one-tap undo — and export any month or your full history as CSV whenever you like.
Is there a mobile app?
Yes. The SpendFlow Android app is available on Google Play. An iOS app is coming soon — until then, iPhone users can use the web app and add it to their home screen from Safari.
How does the Telegram bot work?
In SpendFlow, open Settings → Connect Telegram and follow the link to the bot. Once linked, send messages like “50 coffee” to add an expense or “+5000 salary” to add income. Commands such as /recent, /budget, /report and /undo let you review and fix entries from the chat.
Can I use SpendFlow from Claude or ChatGPT?
Yes. SpendFlow offers an MCP connector. Copy the connector URL from Settings → AI Chat, add it as a custom connector in your AI chat app and approve access in your browser. The assistant can then add transactions and read your categories, accounts, budgets and reports. You can revoke access at any time.
